„Jarun Panorama Project“ is being developed by Verdispar International for the clients/owners from Scandinavian investment fund Croatian Property Development II AS (CDP II AS). The project is located on the south bank of the Sava River, at the western entrance to Zagreb. It is one of the biggest "mixed use" projects in this part of Europe - 4 residential towers with 20 aboveground floors and 3 office towers one of which will be 37 floors high new city landmark. Project location was over the past few years an area with most dynamic real estate development in Zagreb. In the vicinity, among other things, there is Arena Zagreb sports hall, Arena shopping center and a number of residential and commercial buildings. The whole area will continue to be in the focus of developers for the next 10 years since a series of investments is planned in infrastructure, reconstruction of the transport hub rotor in 2 levels and the extension of the tram line to the new bridge across the Sava River. Also, near the Arena shopping center, office tower and convention center is planned while the area between the river banks and the main road will contain a series of residential and commercial buildings.The construction of these facilities will create a completely new part of town where the private investors in cooperation with city departments are preparing program of public facilities and activating the use of river banks.

State of the art development RESIDENTIAL ZONE
The total residential zone plot amounts to 23.312 m2 with planned 4 residential towers. All 4 towers will be connected with „pasarela“ in ground level and will comprise facilities for residents - shops, restaurants, caffes, gym, wellness and other amenities. In total there will be 400 apartments with 800 parking spaces while the top 5 floors of each tower will be reserved for bigger apartments with a specially designed interior according to customer preferences. Position of each building and layout of the flats allows unobstructed view to the river, city and Jarun Lake. Total gross developed area (GDA) of residential zone is 101.304 m2 (of which 58.280 m2 in above ground area and 43.024 m2 in the underground area).

BUSINESS ZONE
Business zone includes construction of 3 A-class office towers with 8, 15 and 37 aboveground floors and 5 underground floors accommodating service areas and 1.390 parking spaces. The towers will be linked together in the ground floor atrium in which will be held public events, exhibitions, performances. Restaurant will be located on the top of the highest tower. Total gross developed area (GDA) of business zone is 119.986 m2 (of which 69.408 m2 aboveground and 50.578 m2 underground).
