Verdispar assumes overall responsibility for complete property investment management services for its investors: (1) market research (2) defining the mandates, (3) identifying investment opportunities, (4) acquisition and due diligence, (5) debt financing, (6) project management (7) concept development and (8) project development services.
The portfolio comprises of 2.8 million sq. m. of commercial and residential projects. Verdispar is currently undertaking full responsibility for development of projects that include offices, retail and shopping centers, logistics centers, hotels and residential projects. These projects will be developed during the next 1-5 years. In addition, Verdispar has created high-value property investment portfolios based on mandates from its Scandinavian investors and including retail, logistics and industrial premises.
